| Design - Ecofab provides a complete design service from initial feasibility through to completion. Whether large-scale commercial development or individual private house, good design starts with effective communication establishing clear need and aspirations. A full structural & civil engineering service is also provided by Cornwall Design Consultants. |

| Manufacturing – following design, production commences offsite allowing choices to be made at an early stage regarding finishes, fixed furniture and fittings. Heating systems are preassembled and supplied ready for fit-out. Self build customers may wish to reserve aspects of first and second fix for self completion. |

On-site construction – undertaken by trained teams complying with full CDM regulations. Ecofab enjoys close links with JHA Innovation Ltd and Cornwall building Control approved inspectors.
Completion and Handover – all building projects are handed over to end users or customers with a full set of instructions regarding construction, maintenance & operation. |

| Warranty – both commercial & residential buildings can be offered with full 10-year structural warranty through ‘Build Zone’. Ecofab carries its own professional indemnity insurance and can provide collateral warranties if requested. |
