Completion & Handover
- Following design, production commences offsite allowing choices to be made at an early stage regarding finishes, fixed furniture and fittings.
- Heating systems are preassembled and supplied ready for fit-out.
- Self build customers may wish to reserve aspects of first and second fix for self completion.
- On-site construction is undertaken by trained teams complying with full CDM regulations. The teams comprise specialist carpenters, some of whom have manufactured the panels together with members of the design team. This enables smooth assembly and provides opportunity for designers to refine design with the hindsight of on-site experience. ECOFAB is partnered with LABC ensuring swift, consistent design checks and inspection services throughout.
- All building projects are handed over to end users or customers with a full set of instructions regarding construction, maintenance & operation.
- ECOFAB, though largely modular can respond to any design configuration or style. We encourage early collaboration at the concept stage with Architects, Specifiers and Engineers to ensure that the system strengths are fully realised.

- ECOFAB now provide an option for follow up scheduled maintenance and servicing, as well as reactive maintenance and repair facilities. This can provide peace of mind and allows our specialist teams to carry out checks and works to your completed building.
